Capital protection (Buy-back Guarantee)	The Manager offers a buyback guarantee. Should any individual loan written by the Manager default; the Manager will make good the investor's (Wholesale Lender's) capital. The Guarantee covers the buyback commitment provided by the Manager to the Investor (Wholesale Lender) in the event of a major default of a borrower. The buy back guarantee policy underwrites the Manager in the event they cannot honour their buyback commitment to protect the Investor (Wholesale Lender's) money.
