• Legal Practitioner's Fidelity Trust Fund
• Capital protection insurance (AAA rated) up to AUD $250 Million

 

• In addition, Capital Guaranteed Investment loans are secured by:
• 1st or 2nd mortgages and caveats over Australian property
• Personal guarantees

How long are the Facility Terms?

• Capital Guaranteed Investment loans terms are typically 6 to 60 months*

 

What are the investment limits?

• Minimum investment: AUD $50,000*
• Average investment: AUD $500,000
